一、氦氣球運送條款
Party One 致力於提供準時且高效的送貨服務。然而,由於天氣、交通或其他不可預測的因素,實際送貨時間可能會於您指定時間的前後30分鐘內出現變動。
請確保在您指定的送貨日期及時間內有人接收氣球/貨品。如需重新安排送貨,將可能產生額外費用,並視實際情況而定。
建議您安排於活動開始前1至2小時送達,以確保氣球處於良好狀態。不同氣球類型之飄浮時間如下:

4. 如需更改送貨日期/時間/地點,請最遲於送貨前兩天聯絡我們,是否能更改將視乎情況而定。
5. 所有貨品於交付後如無損壞,恕不接受退換。
6. 本公司不對運送途中可能出現的爆破或損壞承擔責任。為保障雙方,我們會於貨品交付前拍照存檔。
二、客戶自取氦氣球條款
客戶於自行領取氣球/貨品後,如貨品完好無損,恕不接受任何退款或換貨申請。
請於領取時提供訂單號碼,以確保正確交付。
建議客戶於活動開始前1至2小時前自取貨品,以確保氣球維持最佳狀態。飄浮時間參考請見上方表格。
所有氣球飄浮時間受限於運送及存放環境,如氣球存放於戶外、高溫或潮濕環境中,有機會加速氣球老化。
三、退款及換貨政策
所有貨品在出貨前均經嚴格檢查。如於運送過程中出現損壞,本公司不會承擔責任,但將於交貨前提供完整產品照片予客戶確認。
如產品本身存在製造缺陷,Party One 會於交貨當日安排退款。客戶需將貨品寄回並提供相關圖片證明。請聯絡 info@www.partyone.com.hk 以獲取協助。
如客戶未能收到貨品,請立即與我們聯絡,並提供相關包裝照片,我們將儘快處理。
四、警告與免責聲明
所有氣球產品均須在成人監督下使用。未充氣氣球或破損氣球可能對兒童造成窒息危險,請妥善處理。
切勿吸入氦氣,長時間吸入可能會對健康造成危害。
所有產品圖片僅供參考,實際顏色可能因屏幕顯示或實物材質而有所不同。
五、出租用具條款與細則
此部分適用於所有向 Party One 租用之物品、設備或充氣裝置(以下簡稱「租賃設備」)。一經付款,即代表承租人同意以下條款與條件。
1. 租賃設備狀況
承租人確認已收到狀況良好的租賃設備,並承諾於使用後以相同狀況歸還。如有損壞或遺失,須負責賠償。
2. 使用及監管
承租人須於租賃期間對設備進行妥善管理及監督,並遵從 Party One 網站所列或口頭提供之操作及安全指引。
3. 保險及責任
承租人應自負風險,並確保活動期間有足夠保險保障自身、賓客或第三方。如未購買保險,承租人需自行承擔相關責任。
4. 租賃設備限制
承租人不得擅自搬動、拆解、改裝或從安裝地點移除任何租賃設備。所有設備安裝及拆卸必須由 Party One 安排。
5. 訪場及取件授權
承租人同意授權 Party One 進入活動場地進行設備之運送、安裝、收回等行動,並不得轉租、轉讓或借出相關設備。
6. 使用風險聲明
承租人知悉使用租賃設備可能存在風險,包括但不限於跌倒、碰撞等潛在意外,並同意承擔相關風險與責任。
7. 損害責任免除
承租人須就任何因其疏忽引致的財物損失或人身傷害,對 Party One 提供完全賠償及免責保障,包括賓客或第三方之索償。
8. 所有權與設備完整性
所有租賃設備之擁有權屬 Party One 所有。承租人不得將設備轉移、再租或於未經同意下搬離原安裝地點。任何改動或附加將可能導致額外收費。
9. 租期及付款方式
如承租人未於約定時間內歸還租賃設備,Party One 有權按每小時計費標準收取額外費用。
如因設備損壞、重設、清潔或其他費用未能即時支付,承租人需於 7 日內作出賠償,否則 Party One 保留追討權利,包括採取法律行動。
10. 交付及回收安排
承租人同意授權 Party One 代表進入指定地點進行設備交付與回收。若需由其他人員代為收回設備,承租人須事先獲得 Party One 書面同意。
若活動場地存在樓梯、斜坡、沙地或障礙物,可能導致額外運送費用,費用由 Party One 根據實際情況酌情決定。
承租人應提前通知 Party One 有關任何地下設施或限制,否則如有損壞,Party One 概不負責。
交收時承租人需在場,以便檢查及確認所有租賃設備。
11. 取消政策
若承租人需取消或更改租用安排,須最少於活動日前14天通知 Party One,否則可能被收取部分或全部已付費用。
如遇惡劣天氣(例如黑雨或八號風球),租用服務可延期,但不設退款。延期後之訂金將保留供未來安排之用。
12. 損壞責任豁免聲明
如承租人已購買損壞責任豁免,本公司可豁免由於自然災害(如風暴、火災、暴動)等不可抗力造成的設備損毀責任。
但該豁免不包括盜竊、濫用、人為破壞或未經授權之移動、改裝等情況下之損失或損壞。
13. 清潔費
如租賃設備歸還時狀況不當(如污漬、食物殘渣、動物排泄物、沙塵等),Party One 有權按實際情況收取清潔費用。
14. 更換費用
如租賃設備因損壞或遺失而無法使用,Party One 有權收取全額更換費用,金額將根據設備市價及實際情況決定。
15. 條款可分性聲明
倘若本條款中任何條文被認定為無效或不可執行,其他條款將繼續完全有效。承租人確認已充份閱讀、理解並同意遵守本條款。
六、表演服務條款
1. 取消或更改演出時間
如需取消或更改演出時間,請於14天前通知,否則可能收取部分或全部費用。惡劣天氣可延期但不設退款。
2. 場地通知
如場地需預先申請或通知而客戶未有安排,導致未能演出或產生附加費,責任由客戶承擔。
七、網站使用免責聲明
- 本公司致力提供準確資訊,但不保證網站內容之完整性與正確性,亦不對因技術問題或病毒造成的損害負責。
- 就貨品缺損或不符等問題所引起的任何損害賠償,最高金額為該貨品之價值。
- 對於任何間接、附帶或特殊損失,本公司概不負責。
- 顧客需確保妥善使用貨品並自負風險,所有建議或資料僅供參考。

Terms & Conditions

1. Helium Balloon Delivery
Party One strives to provide timely and efficient delivery services. However, due to unforeseen weather conditions and traffic, the actual delivery time may vary within 30 minutes before or after your scheduled time.
Please ensure someone is present to receive the balloons/packages at the designated time. A re-delivery fee may apply if the delivery cannot be completed.
It is recommended to schedule delivery 1–2 hours before the actual event. The following are estimated float durations for different balloon types:

*Subject to weather, temperature, and handling conditions. Balloons will gradually soften or shrink over time, which is a normal occurrence.
4. Requests to modify the delivery date/time/location must be made at least 2 days in advance and are subject to availability.
5. Once the products are delivered in good condition, no return or exchange will be accepted.
6. We are not responsible for any balloon damage or bursting during transit. Photos will be provided before delivery as confirmation of the balloon’s condition.
2. Self-Pickup of Helium Balloons
Once the balloons/packages are picked up in good condition, no return or refund will be accepted.
Please provide your order number upon pickup to ensure accurate delivery.
It is recommended to schedule pickup 1–2 hours before the event. Please refer to the float times listed above.
Balloon longevity may vary depending on environmental conditions such as outdoor heat or humidity.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy
All items are carefully inspected before shipping. We are not responsible for any damage during delivery. Photos will be provided before dispatch to confirm product condition.
Refunds are only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects reported on the delivery day. Customers must return the item and provide photos for verification. Please email us at info@www.partyone.com.hk for assistance.
If any item is lost during delivery, please contact us with package photos for support.
4. Warnings & Disclaimer
Adult supervision is required. Uninflated or broken balloons may cause choking hazards and should be kept away from children.
Do not inhale helium, as it may pose serious health risks.
All product images are for reference only. Actual colors may vary due to screen display or lighting conditions.
5. Rental Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all rental items, equipment, or inflatable units (“rental items”) provided by Party One. Payment or possession of rental items constitutes agreement to these terms.
5.1 Condition of Rental Items
The renter acknowledges receipt of rental items in good condition and agrees to return them in the same state. Any loss or damage will be the responsibility of the renter.
5.2 Use & Supervision
Renter agrees to supervise and use the equipment responsibly at all times and follow all safety instructions provided by Party One, either verbally or in writing.
5.3 Insurance & Liability
The renter is solely responsible for any bodily injury or property damage arising from the use of the rental items and is advised to obtain adequate insurance coverage.
5.4 Equipment Use Restrictions
Rental items may not be moved, dismantled, or modified by the renter. All installation and removal must be carried out by Party One personnel.
5.5 Access Authorization
The renter authorizes Party One staff to access the venue for delivery, installation, and pickup. Rental items may not be sublet, loaned, or transferred.
5.6 Acknowledgement of Risks
The renter acknowledges that use of rental items involves certain inherent risks (e.g., falls, slips, collisions) and accepts full responsibility.
5.7 Indemnity
The renter agrees to indemnify and hold Party One harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages caused by the renter’s negligence or third-party use.
5.8 Ownership & Responsibility
All rental items remain the property of Party One. The renter assumes full responsibility from delivery until pickup. Any alterations may incur additional charges.
5.9 Rental Period & Payment
If rental items are not returned at the agreed time, an hourly surcharge will apply.
If any cleaning, repair, or replacement fees arise and remain unpaid, the renter must settle the balance within 7 days. Failure to do so may result in legal action.
5.10 Delivery & Pickup
The renter grants Party One staff access to the designated event location for delivery and pickup.
If another person is responsible for receiving or returning items, prior written authorization from Party One is required.
Delivery fees may increase if the site includes stairs, sand, slopes, or other obstructions that hinder access.
The renter must inform Party One of any underground utilities or hazards in advance. Party One is not liable for any damage to such utilities.
The renter must be present during delivery and pickup to inspect and verify all rental items.
5.11 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be notified at least 14 days in advance.
For cancellations within 14 days of the rental date, Party One reserves the right to retain part or all of the rental fee.
In the event of inclement weather (e.g., Black Rainstorm or Typhoon Signal No. 8), bookings may be postponed but not refunded. Deposits will be held for future rescheduling.
5.12 Damage Waiver
A purchased damage waiver may exempt the renter from charges related to damage caused by external factors (e.g., storms, fires, natural disasters).
The waiver does not cover losses due to theft, misuse, intentional damage, or unauthorized relocation or modification of equipment.
5.13 Cleaning Charges
If equipment is returned excessively dirty (e.g., food residue, sand, waste, spills), a cleaning fee will apply at Party One’s discretion.
5.14 Replacement Fees
In the event that equipment is returned damaged beyond use, the renter will be charged the full replacement cost based on market value and condition.
5.15 Severability & Acknowledgement
If any clause is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
The renter confirms they have read, understood, and freely agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
6. Performance Service Terms
6.1 If cancellation or rescheduling is required, please notify us at least 14 days in advance. Otherwise, a partial or full fee may be charged. In case of adverse weather conditions (e.g. Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above), performances can be postponed, but no refund will be provided.
6.2 If the venue requires prior notice or approval and the client fails to arrange it in advance, resulting in inability to perform or additional charges, the responsibility lies solely with the client.
7. Website Disclaimer
7.1 We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, but we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. We shall not be held liable for any damages caused by technical errors or computer viruses.
7.2 In the case of defective or non-conforming products, our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the goods in question.
7.3 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages of any kind.
7.4 Customers are responsible for ensuring proper and safe use of all products. All suggestions or information provided by us are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice.
